This entry form will:

have to be accompanied by any and all photos you are submitting to the competition and mailed by March 15 th 2006 have to be accompanied by the appropriate releases which must include the parental consent form. have to be accompanied by the appropriate fee based on AGE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER. Fees: Photographer age 7 or under - 1st photo = FREE -- each additional photo $.50 Photographer age 8-14 - 1st photo = $1.00 each additional photo $.50 Photographer age 14 - 17 - 1st photo=$2.00, each additional photo $1.00.

Waiver

All photos that are selected for the competition at the Kids with Cameras festival are subject to being displayed in local schools or for students of local schools for a period of 90 days after the Festival. A compilation of the Best of all submitted photos, including the winning entries, will be available at the close of the festival and on the Festival and affiliated websites thereafter. All proceeds from the sale of these compilation DVDs are for the beneift of the Fireside Foundation, Inc. the 501(c)(3) organization which is the prime sponsor of the Festival.
