Television excerpts

The 'producer' agrees that excerpts of the film (maximum one minute) to be broadcast on television or on the festival web site, local or network television for promotion only: - Yes - No If yes, please provide an excerpt/trailer of your selection to a maximum of 1 minute in length. Please provide in .avi or similar format for compilation onto master reel. Television commercial time MAY be available to advertise your film, at our nonprofit rate. This entry form will:

have to be accompanied by a preview videocassette or DVD, and sent to the festival by March 1 th 2006 have to be accompanied by the appropriate releases, especially for film makers under the age of 18, which must include the parental consent form. have to be accompanied by the appropriate fee based on film category, length and submission date.

Waiver

All films that are selected for screening at the Kids with Cameras festival are subject to being shown in local schools or for students of local schools for a period of 90 days after the Festival. A compilation of the Best of all submitted films, including the winning titles, will be available at the close of the festival and on the Festival and affiliated websites thereafter. All proceeds from the sale of these compilation DVDs are for the beneift of the Fireside Foundation, Inc. the 501(c)(3) organization which is the prime sponsor of the Festival. Producers accept that their film might be selected for the compilation, and therefore, be available on-line, on all web sites affiliated with the Fireside Foundation, Inc. Producers also accept that their film be presented at other selected festivals around the world that wish to present the Best of compilation. Whenever possible, producers will be notified that their film will be shown at another festifal, and the dates and locations of such festivals.
